PAC Guidelines

  • Players must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
  • Valid government-issued photo identification must be presented to enroll in the Players Advantage Club® (PAC) or to obtain additional or replacement cards.
  • By participating in the PAC, players agree to accept all rules, terms and conditions of this program. They also agree that Grand Lodge Casino will use, maintain and disclose the personal information provided by them upon membership applications to administer their membership and for marketing/promotional and other business-related purposes.
  • Grand Lodge Casino will use your personal information including play activity for marketing and promotional purposes. Please let us know at the time the information is collected if you do not want your play activity recorded. Please also let us know if you do not want to be on our mailing list, or to receive telephone calls at your home about events or promotions by Grand Lodge Casino.   • PAC accounts with no activity for 365 consecutive days are subject to cancellation at the discretion of Grand Lodge Casino and any unredeemed points or bonuses may be forfeited at any time thereafter. Upon cancellation, Grand Lodge Casino will maintain your information for reactivation and marketing/promotional purposes unless requested not to.
  • It is the responsibility of the PAC member to ensure their card is properly inserted in slot machines and “accepted” for play. Grand Lodge Casino is not responsible for untracked play due to player neglect or improper insertion of card.
  • In order to be eligible for exclusive PAC benefits, direct mail promotions, bonuses, special events, event invitations and newsletters, participants are responsible for notifying Grand Lodge Casino of any name, address or phone number change(s).
  • Qualification for receiving promotions, points and complimentaries is based on level of play. Management reserves the right to revoke, modify or revise the qualifications, at any time, without prior notice.
  • Qualification for the Platinum and Gold programs is based on Reward Point accumulation (table and slot play). Reward points are based on length of play, average wager and the type of game played. And remember, to remain at your status you must maintain your level of play. For additional information concerning the Platinum or Gold levels, please see a Casino Host.
  • Grand Lodge Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the Players Advantage Club®. Grand Lodge Casino, at its discretion, may replace lost or stolen cards.
  • PAC cards are for the personal use of the individual who was issued the card. It may not be used by any other party and is to be used in accordance with the PAC Membership Rules. Any misuse or fraud may result in immediate revocation and loss of any outstanding PAC privileges, points and benefits.
  • Up to 3 Players Advantage cards may be issued to a PAC member. Grand Lodge Casino may limit the number of cards issued to any member. All cards are property of Grand Lodge Casino. PAC card accounts are non-transferable.
  • Grand Lodge Casino is not responsible for operational errors or malfunctions with respect to PAC, including defective cards. Grand Lodge Casino reserves the right to adjust point balances as a result of operational errors or malfunctions.
  • Grand Lodge Casino retains the right at its discretion to refuse services to anyone for any legally permissible reason.
  • Grand Lodge Casino reserves the right to revoke, modify or revise the PAC program in whole or in part, at any time, without prior notice.
